Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hrs. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages

​

BluCoCo Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to help.

To instigate the return, refund, or exchange process, follow the steps below.

You have [30] calendar days to return your purchase from the date of transaction.

For an eligible return the item must be in the same condition in which you received it-including all original packaging and with the tag intact.  You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging or proof of purchase.

To return an item, [please email customer service at  blucoco210@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number.  After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the following address:
